How to use your WanderPack

WanderPack period gear is uniquely designed to manage periods on outdoor adventures.

WanderPack makes dealing with wild periods easy and efficient while hiking, backpacking, camping, rafting— you name it! And all of our gear is made from bright, fun colors to boost confidence and help fight period stigma. In fact, our logo, while it may look like crossed oars, is actually crossed tampons. By providing bright, fun, and functional gear to make dealing with wild periods easy and efficient, our goals are to boost confidence, fight period stigma, and help explorers get back to focusing on their outdoor adventures.

Let’s get into some WanderPack details!

WanderPack is composed of 2 parts: reusable packs and disposable inserts. There are 2 pack versions: WanderPack Light (made for 1-2 day trips) and WanderPack Expedition (made for 3-4 day trips). WanderPack storage inserts are used with both pack types.

Steps for using your WanderPack on trail:

• Unclip the carabiner and choose a new period product from the outside zip pocket.

• Unzip your WanderPack to access the storage insert, undoing the adjustable straps that hold the insert in place.

• Open one storage pocket, and place your used period product inside. Press to re-seal.

• Once the pocket is full, you can peel off the white tab and stick it down to permanently seal the pocket.

• Fasten the straps tightly across the insert, and zip the WanderPack back up.

• Replace the carabiner and clip to the outside of your pack. Back to your outdoor adventure!
